Carroll said she began asking questions after the Epstein files and Charlie Kirk. She then made this sequence of statements:
“He was asking a lot of questions, and look what happened to him.”
“I will support Tucker, I will support Candace.”

Candace Owens was spreading the conspiracy
Carroll named Owens immediately after linking Kirk's questions to his death. Owens was already spreading the false theory that Israel and people close to Kirk were involved in the killing.
The Anti-Defamation League's backgrounder documents Owens's antisemitic and anti-Israel conspiracy narratives, her platforming of Nick Fuentes and other antisemitic figures, and her unsupported claims concerning Charlie Kirk's killing. The Associated Press reported that Owens alleged without evidence that Israeli spies were involved, while authorities said the accused shooter acted alone.
The Washington Post also reported that Owens baselessly implicated Israel, Turning Point figures, and Erika Kirk, and that Carlson tied the killing to Kirk's views on Israel.

Carroll invoked Kirk's death, implied his questions mattered, and aligned herself with two figures advancing Israel-centered theories about the killing. The sequence functions as a dog whistle for that conspiracy while avoiding a direct accusation.
